Follow the steps below to register as a support user on our system. Once you have registered you are able to log faults and our Team will receive the notifications to make the neccessary arrangements to attend to the repair or service .
In the First Name field put your FULL NAME In the Company Name field put the STORE NAME Insert email address and click Register
We recommend going to settings and changing your password to one that you will remember. You will then be brought to your client dashboard where you are able to log faults/repairs/ services by clicking on the
Click on the CREATE TICKET button to add in the details about the fault or service and we will be notified of your request and the necessary arrangements will be made to action the call out.
